Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of RentBee websites and apps (including rentbee.space and rentbee.store). By using RentBee you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What RentBee is
RentBee is a rental discovery service. You can browse listings, save favorites, and contact hosts via Call or WhatsApp. Swipe gestures navigate listings; they are not a dating “like/pass” system. RentBee is not a full Instant Book marketplace in the current soft-launch.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate phone credentials and keep your password secure.
- One account may browse and create listings (unified end-user model).
- Staff accounts (employee/admin) are assigned separately and must not be shared.
3. Listings & contact
- Hosts and staff must only publish accurate listing information they have the right to share.
- Monthly listings: Call/WhatsApp may connect guests to the host contact on the listing.
- Daily listings: guest Call/WhatsApp is routed to RentBee customer care (+880 1724-448741), not the lister’s personal number.
- Outside-app messaging and calls are between you and the other party; RentBee is not a party to those conversations.
4. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, scrape at harmful rates, spam contacts, post fraudulent listings, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or reverse-engineer systems to bypass security. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. No brokerage guarantee
Listings may be employee-seeded or host-provided. RentBee does not guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, landlord identity, or rental outcomes. Always verify properties yourself before paying deposits or signing leases.
6. Payments & bookings
In-app daily booking and payment features may be unavailable or hidden depending on product stage. Enabling payments later does not change your duty to verify listings independently.
7. Intellectual property
RentBee branding, software, and site content (excluding your listing content) belong to RentBee or its licensors. You keep rights to content you upload and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted, RentBee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the discovery service or third-party Call/WhatsApp communications.
9. Termination
You may stop using RentBee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, or operational necessity.
